Core Team

Keith Marshall

Co-Founder & CEO

Keith Marshall co-founded TPL after a career that took him from the University of Georgia to the NFL, and then to Emory’s Goizueta School of Business which allowed him to sharpen his thinking working with organizations like McKinsey & Company and Accel-KKR. That path — from athlete to strategist to operator — shapes everything about how TPL approaches the evolving college sports landscape. Keith sees this market through a rare lens: a former player who lived it and a business leader who studied and understands institutional dysfunction, market leverage, and what it takes to create and scale value. His work has taken him to the White House to advise on the future of collegiate athletics legislation, earned him a spot on Sports Business Journal’s 30 Under 30, and positioned TPL as one of the top early-stage companies in the Southeast, recognized by Venture Atlanta.

Aaron Murray

Co-Founder & President

Aaron Murray is the SEC’s all-time leader in passing yards and touchdowns. After his playing career at UGA and time in the NFL, Aaron became an ESPN college football color analyst — giving him a front-row seat to the college sports ecosystem every week from the inside. He also serves as a leadership consultant to business leaders across the country, a role that sharpens the institutional perspective he brings to TPL daily. Aaron leverages his network, credibility, and media experience to drive content operations, deepen university relationships, and expand TPL’s growing network of former athletes.

Laura McKay

Partner, Revenue Operations

Laura McKay brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of digital sports media, audience development, and revenue operations. As VP of Revenue at 247Sports (CBS Sports) and SVP at GoNoodle, she built the ad revenue infrastructure and distribution systems that turn content audiences into scalable commercial platforms. At TPL, Laura leads revenue operations — translating athlete-driven content and institutional partnerships into measurable, sustainable revenue. She understands how digital media properties are valued, how brand advertising spend is migrating toward creator-led audiences, and what it takes to build the back-end infrastructure that captures that value at scale.

Frank Garland

Partner, Business Development

Frank Garland has spent his career building media businesses from the ground up — as a founding member of The Tennis Channel, SVP at The Weather Channel, and COO of HighSchoolSports.net, which was acquired. He brings a rare combination of startup hustle and enterprise operating experience to TPL’s business development function. Frank knows how to open doors, structure partnerships, and convert institutional relationships into durable commercial agreements — the exact skills TPL needs as it scales its advisory model across athletic programs nationwide.

Brad Olecki

Strategic Partner

Nik Erramilli

Legal Advisor

Nik Erramilli provides legal counsel to TPL across contracts, IP, and partnership structures. His expertise is particularly relevant as TPL navigates the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape around NIL — advising on the deal terms, rights agreements, and liability structures that protect the company and its athlete network as the space matures.
